What is DecodeTravel?
DecodeTravel is a free tool for travel agents that turns the text of a PNR — the booking record used by Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport and Travellink — into an organized itinerary: date, flight, airline, departure and arrival times, and the actual flight duration (calculated by time zone, not by the simple difference between local times). The result is ready to paste into an email, send over WhatsApp, or download as an image.
How it works
- Paste the PNR copied from Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport or Travellink into the text box.
- The source system is detected automatically, with the confidence level shown on screen — you can correct it manually by clicking the right system's button.
- The itinerary is built instantly, right in the browser.
- The result appears as a table with date, flight, airline, departure, arrival and duration.
- Copy the formatted itinerary or just the text, copy the WhatsApp version, download it as an image, or send it by email directly from the page.

Supported systems
- Sabre — line numbering with a space (
N ) and 12-hour times (A/P).
- Amadeus — 24-hour times and a single-digit day of the week.
- Galileo/Travelport — line numbering with a glued period (
N.) and 12-hour times (A/P).
- Travellink — copied from the detailed search/result screen (blocks with "Tarifa ADT"); doesn't recognize the summary screen or the airline, which doesn't come through as text in that format.
System detection is heuristic, based on publicly documented patterns — which is why you can always correct it manually with the Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo selector (except for Travellink, whose copy format is already unmistakable).
Who is DecodeTravel for?
For travel agents, travel agencies, tourism consultants, and customer service and operations teams who work with PNRs from Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport or Travellink and need to turn a raw record into a presentable itinerary for the client.
Privacy of your PNRs
DecodeTravel processes the PNR entirely in your browser — the pasted text is not sent to any server during decoding itself. PNR data only leaves your machine in two situations, always through an explicit action of yours:
- clicking "Send by email", the text is reprocessed on the server to build the email you asked to send;
- clicking "Let us know" to report a decoding error, the pasted PNR and your comment are sent and stored for analysis.
Beyond that, only airport or airline codes not recognized by the local database are automatically sent in the background — never the PNR or passenger data — to help complete that database. DecodeTravel doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
